The County is pursuing a grant from the Safe Routes to School (SRTS) program that will fund the construction of sidewalks and safety features around your school. The following survey is a requirement to be eligible for the program.
We appreciate your assistance in filling out the form. This survey will take about 5-10 minutes to complete. Please only complete one survey per family. Your responses will be kept confidential and neither your name nor your child’s name will be included in any data or results.
